DONATE TO NEWBURGH CHORALE

Dear Friend,

The Newburgh Chorale brings you greetings in this holiday season and is asking you to support this all-volunteer chorale that has given to the Greater Newburgh area fine vocal music for the last fifteen years. Each performance of the Chorale, under the direction of Michael Saunders, brings musical proficiency and beauty.

Last year’s season—2018-2019—the Chorale sang two holiday concerts; the first at King of Kings Lutheran Church in New Windsor, where the Chorale is Artist in Residence, and a second at St. Andrew and St. Luke Episcopal Church in Beacon.  In addition, as part of our community outreach, the Chorale led a packed house at the historic Crawford House in Newburgh for a carol sing.  The spring concert was held at King of Kings and Union Presbyterian Church in Balmville.

This season—2019-2020—the Chorale will present a selection of holiday music at St. Andrew and St. Luke Episcopal Church in Beacon on December 21st at 7:30 pm and then again at King of Kings Lutheran Church in New Windsor on December 29th at 3 pm.  Continuing with our commitment to community outreach the Chorale will again lead caroling at Crawford House on December 15th at 3:00 pm and then on December 20th at 6:00 pm at the Cornerstone Residence, a supportive housing residence at Safe Harbors on the Hudson.  And, the Chorale will once again perform in the spring.

The Newburgh Chorale is an important cultural program in the Hudson Valley offering singers at any level an opportunity to sing excellent choral music.  Such music for singer and audience alike warms the heart, lifts our spirits and touches our inner song.

In this season of giving, we thank you for considering a financial gift to the Newburgh Chorale.

                                                                                Sincerely
